Should I buy a big list first?
No — we recommend starting small (for example 10 or 25 companies). Try the list, preview and brand a letter, and only scale up once you’re happy with the workflow. That way you learn the process before spending more.
Can I get a refund?
Once you download a letter PDF, the sale becomes non-refundable. You can preview the sample letter layout before buying, and after payment you can still brand and preview before you download or post. Start with a small list if you’re unsure.
Do you send the letters for me?
Yes. Brand them in your workspace, then post through Keek or print the PDFs yourself. Either way, you show up first.
Can I choose which industries I want?
Yes. Before you pay, pick the industries you’re interested in — or choose everyone if you want the full area. That way you don’t pay for competitors or categories you won’t contact.
What’s included when I buy?

What’s free vs paid?
The free West Lothian sample shows company name, number, status, and how recently they incorporated — no addresses and no letter tool. Paid lists unlock addresses and the letter workspace for the UK area you choose.
Can I customise the letters with my branding?
Yes. After payment you open a private workspace, add your logo, address, wording, and closing, preview unlimited times, then generate PDFs or post the letters through Keek.
How fresh is the data?
We sync newly incorporated companies from Companies House every morning (around 5am UK time). Paid lists use a stable snapshot from the moment you buy, so your download doesn’t change mid-campaign.
Is this personal data?
No. We only use company register fields — company name, number, status, incorporation date, and registered office address. No director, officer, or PSC personal data.
How do I get back to my lists later?
Your purchase email is your account. After buying you’ll get a one-time login link (it expires after a couple of weeks). You can also open the workspace login page anytime and request a fresh link, or set an optional password inside the workspace so you can log in without waiting for email.
